Cancellation requests are accepted before your order has shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and the return process applies.

Returns are considered when a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its listing. Items should be unused and returned with original packaging where applicable.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment provider and the sales channel used for the order, including Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho.
